I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the close-in neighborhoods. As one of Orlando's top producing agents, I am in my 20th year as a Real Estate Professional. As a native Floridian, College Park and the more established neighborhoods of the Greater Orlando area remind me of the small town I grew up in Central Florida. These neighborhoods attract buyers from all age groups, that is part of their charm. My family and I have lived in College Park since 1979 and are on their second house and second renovation.
