Anne Rogers

Anne Rogers

I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the close-in neighborhoods. Selling Real Estate goes further than finding a house; it means finding a school, a church, a neighborhood; it means listening and sharing experiences. I believe that personal service and experience are the keys to finding your dream home.

As one of Orlando's top producing agents, I have more than three decades of experience as a Real Estate Professional. As a native Floridian, College Park and the more established neighborhoods of the Greater Orlando area remind me of the small town I grew up in Central Florida. These neighborhoods attract buyers from all age groups; that is part of their charm. My husband and I moved to College Park in 1979, we raised our two children in College Park and now they are starting their families here as well.

I am a proud member of the College Park Neighborhood Association and current board member of the Downtown College Park Partnership Merchant's Association.

When I moved to College Park in the late 80's I fell in love with the charming small town feeling in the midst of the city. Currently, I reside in our 6th home in College Park along with my Edgewater Alumni husband and two boys; one who attends Edgewater High School and the other Lee Middle School. What started as a hobby with my husband of buying, renovating and selling of our personal homes I decided to make a career out of helping others find the right property for their needs. Whether you are looking for a first home, investment property, dream home or downsizing, I would love to put my expertise to work in helping you find the right fit.

As a third generation lifelong resident of College Park, I have a unique appreciation and understanding of the area that gives my clients a marked advantage in this market. I enjoy getting to know my clients personally, which enables me to help them make their real estate decisions.

I am a proud mother and wife to a beautiful family and I enjoy being active in the College Park community. I am a longtime member of the Edgewater High School PTA and I am a past board member of Women Playing for T.I.M.E. which raises funds for cancer research. I am a past board member of Younglife in Orlando. Younglife helps bring God into the lives of adolescents with an approach that is respectful of who kids are and hopeful about who they can become.

A former Orange County School teacher, I graduated from Converse College in Spartanburg, SC, with a degree in Special Education. I have since utilized my teaching and board experience to assist me in my real estate career. If you are looking for an agent with firsthand knowledge of the Central Florida school districts, I am your agent!

I'm fortunate to be a part of a multi generation Central Florida family. Twenty years ago my husband and I chose College Park in which to buy our first home and raise our three children. We all enjoy being an active part of this vibrant, growing community.

College Park has so much to offer with its beautiful lakes, tree lined streets and family friendly neighborhoods. My background of teaching in Orange County public schools and growing up in a family of Realtors enables me to offer unique skills to assist clients in reaching their real estate goals. I welcome the opportunity to work with you to meet your real estate needs.

Terrell “Lamb” Daniel

As a lifelong resident of 32804, I am very familiar with the real estate market, the schools and the community. I attended Lake Silver Elementary, Lee Middle and Edgewater High, as did my husband and our two children. After graduating from the University of Florida with an education degree, I taught school, became licensed as a real estate agent and eventually took time off to start my family. After my children started school I returned to my roots and went back to teaching at Lake Silver. For 30 years I have helped families navigate their way through their children’s education and school decisions and I am excited to now be able to help families navigate their way through the home buying and selling process.

I bring an understanding of what families want in their community and I have extensive knowledge of the local schools. A great community has highly rated schools, beautiful parks, ease of access to amenities and an abundance of choices for after school and family activities. I look forward to helping buyers and sellers find that great community to live in by giving them my full attention as they make one of the most important decisions of their lives.

David McLean

David McLean

David was born and raised in Orlando and he is the 3rd generation in his family to live in College Park. Not only did he graduate from Edgewater High School, but his father was one of the first graduating classes at Edgewater.

David’s first home was a bungalow on Westmoreland Drive. Over the last 19 years, David has been buying and selling homes in College Park, some of which he still owns and rents to those who want to enjoy the great charm of College Park.

David also grew up spending time at his grandparents’ farm and groves just west of Apopka and developed a real appreciation for land and real estate (no pun intended!). Even though he has a Business degree in Risk Management/Insurance, he has always enjoyed real estate, even when it was only a hobby.

College Park is such a special place to live with its small town charm and many great restaurants and shops, yet only five minutes from Downtown Orlando. In addition to College Park, David has lived in Baldwin Park, so he is very familiar with that neighborhood and its great amenities, shops and restaurants, as well. As he loves being on the water, David has lived on Lake Silver twice and also has owned property on the Winter Park chain of lakes.

David would love to put his experience to work for you. Please call him for any of your real estate needs. Whether it’s getting the most for the home you want to sell or helping you find the home of your dreams, David would love assist you.
